Message	to 70psi under water when I first installed them. Took the rails out again a few weeks ago thinking the same thing as you and pressurized them again to 70psi under water. No leaks. I'm afraid to buy used and just end up with someone else's problem ecu. Can't find brand new anymore, only remanufactured's ecu's. and the problem with that is ill need to open it up and have a socket installed which means ill void any warranty on the reman. Decisions, decisions...
